Hey, I’m Alicia
For over 10 years, I have helped women feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies. I understand what it is like to struggle with body image, yo-yo dieting, and injuries because I have been there too. After undergoing two knee surgeries, I shifted my focus to achieving sustainable health through movement, self-care, and a positive mindset.
Over the years, I’ve coached countless women through strength training, movement, and mindset work, helping them not only reach their goals but also build lifestyles that support long-term well-being. Alongside coaching, I work as a healthcare professional in a hospital, which has given me a deeper understanding of the vital importance of proactive and preventive care for women. Too often, we wait until something is wrong to start prioritizing ourselves. The truth is, you don’t need a diagnosis to begin. I believe in doing things differently.
My approach combines strength training, mobility, and self-care, grounded in both science and real-life experience. I have supported women managing conditions such as PCOS, obesity, thyroid disorders, type 2 diabetes, chronic pain, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and autoimmune diseases. Together, we focus on reducing inflammation, improving strength and balance, and restoring energy to create lasting wellness.
I created EmpowerHER to give women space to learn, grow, and feel supported in their wellness journey. Like you, I am also a woman committed to improving my health, fitness, mindset, and well-being, one day at a time.
